GLOBAL FAMILY RESCUE ² Wheaton, Illinois

Developed and managed grass-roots not for profit organization that connects donors with impoverished families in Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania.  Raised private funding with focus in the area of child headed and widow led homes.  Established family sponsorship program highlighting self-sufficiency of each African family within 3 years.  Catalyst for economic revolution in 7 districts.  Managed projects including  water wells, housing, farming, building construction, education, short term teams and medical missions in 3 countries.  Accountable for 50+ staff members locally and internationally. Led 13 overseas teams with 100+ volunteers.
