Sermon Warfare

13 Apr

Today as I spoke in the first service of our church service, I felt as though I could hardly get through the message.  After a few more minutes, I started noticing that people in the congregation didn’t seem to be responding to what I was sharing.  When the service ended, I had this sense that I really dropped the ball with the message, and I felt completely disappointed.

Here is the truth of the matter: God is exposing a truth that is very dangerous to Satan’s kingdom…this is a REAL BATTLE WE’RE IN!  Satan hates it when his schemes are being ruined, and as I spoke today, he was actively working on me.  Fortunately, God was right there, and he sent several people to me after the message to tell me that what I shared was exactly what they needed to hear…Satan’s lie was exposed to me today.  Thank God.

Neil, I wish I would have been there today I’m sure the message was right on.

    Miss you, man!

You’re message was absolutely right on. I’m learning (and applying) what God is speaking through you, as are many I’m sure. We would be fools to turn our noses at one of the most important messages we can ever hear.

Neil, Don’t know how I got here and didn’t hear your sermon, but I’ve had that happen to me. God bless you brother. Keep up the good work.
